Simple Chili – Soft Protein Foods

-1 lb. ground beef
-1 packet low-sodium chili seasoning
-1 can pinto beans with jalapenos
*optional: plain Greek yogurt, 2% milk shredded cheese

Directions: Brown ground beef; Add low-sodium chili seasoning packet (& water [according to seasoning packet]) and pinto beans to beef. Cook until chili seasoning is absorbed; top with plain Greek yogurt and shredded cheese (if desired)
