Lemon Ricotta Creme – Pureed Food

lemon-cremeIngredients:
-1- 15 oz. container of low-fat/fat-free ricotta cheese
-zest of one lemon (or orange)
-1-2 tsp. lemon extract (or orange extract)
-1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
-4 packets of Splenda

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
