Deli Meat and Cheese Roll-ups – Soft Protein Foods

-1 oz. turkey, ham, or roast beef, shaved
-1 oz. 2% milk cheddar, pepper jack, mozzarella string cheese
-1 Tbsp. hummus or low-fat mayo or mustard

Directions: lay deli meat flat, spread hummus or mustard on top of deli meat. Place string cheese in the middle of deli meat and roll-up.
