Sirloin and Apple “Hash”

Ingredients:
-1 lb. lean ground sirloin (90% or greater)
-1 onion, chopped
-9 slices of turkey bacon
-2 fuji or red delicious apples, cut in chunks
-balsamic vinegar, to taste
-salt and pepper, to taste
-non-stick cooking spray

Directions:
Spray a nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Toss onions into skillet and cook on medium-high heat until onions appear translucent. Then add ground sirloin and salt and pepper. Brown sirloin meat and onion mixture. While sirloin is cooking, on a separate skillet or griddle, cook turkey bacon slices (2-3 minutes on each side). After turkey bacon has cooled, chop into 1 inch pieces.Strain excess grease from skillet,  then add turkey bacon and chopped apples to meat mixture. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and enjoy!
