Pumpkin Dip


-1 15 oz. can pumpkin
-8 oz. plain Greek yogurt
-1/2 cup Splenda or Stevia
-1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy with sliced apples as a healthy Thanksgiving treat!
