Kielbasa Sausage & Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:
– 1 bunch of broccoli, chopped
-1 red bell pepper, sliced
-1 green bell pepper, sliced
-1 bunch of asparagus, chopped into 1” sections
-14 oz. kielbasa turkey sausage, sliced into ½” sections
-1 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. pepper
-1 tsp. garlic powder
-1 tsp canola oil
-1/4 cup parmesan cheese
-non-stick cooking spray

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425° F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Toss all vegetables with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.  Place vegetables and turkey sausage on baking sheet. Drizzle meat and vegetable mixture with 1 tsp of canola oil. Bake 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
