How to Avoid Coffee Shop Treats

Coffee shops can be very tempting places to grab a quick snack, especially when hunger strikes! It can be especially hard to maintain self control with all of those pastries and donuts in viewing sight.

If you are heading in to grab a cup of coffee, keep in mind that you should be waiting at least 30 minutes to drink anything after eating a meal. Try eating before you leave for the coffee shop, that way 30 minutes has passed and you won’t be tempted to eat. If you are really hungry and craving a sweet snack, grab a protein bar and load up your protein for the day!
