Greek Turkey Burgers


-1lb 93% lean ground turkey
-1 package reduced-fat Feta cheese, crumbled
-1 Tbsp. onion powder
-1 Tbsp. garlic powder
-1/2 Tbsp. pepper
-1 cup spinach, chopped
-non- stick cooking spray

Preheat griddle or grill. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, feta cheese crumbles, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chopped spinach. Mix turkey mixture thoroughly to ensure seasoning will be spread throughout each turkey burger. Form 3 oz. turkey burgers out of mixture. Place on grill for 6 minutes on each side. Check turkey burgers with meat thermometer. Meat thermometer must read 165° F to be considered safe for consumption. Enjoy with Italian style green beans or a light Caesar salad.
