		<description>I have been using this program for several months now. It is really very easy to use. It certainly is a wonderful on-the-go resource that is great for accountability. It is easy to set a daily calorie budget, easy to add custom foods and meals, and it also tracking many nutrients.

I also like how I can track exercise. I was really surprised at the selection of all types of exercise. In many cases the choices are broken down even further, so it is easy to track all kinds of exercise. It is a great motivator to see how my budget it reflected when I track my exercise.
